Online Ticket Ordering Problem?



  • If you received a confirmation page... print it and take it with you when you go to pick up your tickets.


  • If you didn't receive a confirmation page... check your email for a confirmation email. You may print your confirmation from there.


  • If you didn't receive a confirmation email... check your spam filter box and see if the email is in there.


  • If you still don't have a confirmation email and are worried about your order... Do any or all of the following:

    1. At any time, take your ordering credit card with you to pick up your tickets.
        GO TO THE BOX OFFICE AND STATE THAT YOU HAVE "WILL CALL".

    2. At any time, pick up your tickets at the theater kiosk using ordering credit card.
